Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using applications developed by SPACE APPS YAZILIM LIMITED SIRKETI ("Space Apps", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.

Use of Our Applications

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the application
• Interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality

User Content

Our applications may allow you to create, upload, or share content. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

You are responsible for your content and represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content complies with applicable laws and regulations

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of our applications may require a subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice.

AI-Generated Content

Some of our applications use artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content
• AI-generated content should not be relied upon for critical decisions
• We do not guarantee specific results from AI features

Intellectual Property

Our applications, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Space Apps and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPACE APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR APPLICATIONS.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Space Apps, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our applications or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the applications will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
